Writing to me

If you email me, I use your name, email address and the content of your message to reply and, if we work together, to prepare the engagement. This is based on steps taken at your request before a contract, or on legitimate interest for other inquiries. I don’t add you to any mailing list.

My email is hosted by Proton AG in Switzerland, a country the European Commission recognizes as providing adequate data protection.

If no engagement follows, I delete the exchange no later than three years after our last contact. If one does, I keep it for as long as contractual and accounting obligations require.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format, by writing to liang.zhong@calimsec.com. You can also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
